Buyer was very prompt with communication and payment but there were a few red flags so I decided to cancel the sale. The buyer messaged me to confirm their paypal address and provided a address that was different from their provided location on Lace Market (they are located in Taiwan but the address they wanted me to mail to was in California). Before sending the Invoice i informed them that I could only ship items to the address provided to PayPal in order to be covered by PayPal's protection program. They then sent the payment without providing any address to Paypal at all (which I have never seen happen before). For these reason I have chosen to cancel the sale and refunded the buyer.
