Seller was easy communicate and fast to ship my package. We had to deal with delays because of actual situation. Obviously I didn’t blame seller for it despite feeling nervous about it. I bought from same country few months ago and didn’t experience same delays. I did message seller asking for more information and contact with Australian Post. I tried to space my messages so they won’t feel pressure on them. After almost 2 months I talked about contacting PayPal to get solutions but I didn’t act and keep waiting. When I finally received my parcel I was very excited and happy until I opened it and notice a yellow stain on the front of the dress. It was disappointing and heart breaking for me, having to wait months to discover a stained dress. Maybe I was a little excessive but I immediately asked seller to return item. I just wanted this situation to be over. The only solution they gave me was « you can try to wash it » because they didn’t want to pay shipping fees and feel annoyed. I was forced to go through PayPal AFTER discussing with them. I paid shipping fees myself and PayPal issued a refund for the dress. Seller still kept a part of the money (money was initially sent in two payments) and I am trying to get it back. Please be careful if you feel concerned about damaged item.
