Item I received was covered in brown and black stains of various sizes despite very good/flawless description. I have done several washes of this piece, the water has been dark brown until recently.
I documented as much of the damage as I could and reached out to the seller immediately upon arrival, they did not open my message. I messaged them a second time a few days later saying I wanted to work something out and that if I didn't hear back within 7 days of first contact, I'd be going to paypal.
No contact, went to paypal to request a partial refund where they finally responded, wanted me to send the item back, explained I am only requesting a partial refund and will not be sending the item back. For some reason whenever they submitted an approval for the partial refund, the paypal setting made it where I could only receive my partial refund if I sent back the item - not going to happen. I reiterated that I only wanted to accept the partial refund if it meant I did not have to send back the item. They ceased communications. I held out hope they would be willing to make things right, but with the clock on the paypal escalation ticking, unfortunately I had to escalate to paypal to get my partial refund.
I would not trust items from this seller to be in good condition, looking at their item photos I can now see some of the black spots on the border of the dress, very unfortunate. :(
