I received the item, it smelled and had horrible yellow stains.. Luckily I was able to get them out but I received some money back via paypal.

Scammer. Seller took payment and was never to be heard from again. Paypal has decided to refund me my $160, but she must have taken off with the money as the case resolution e-mail said she had "insufficient funds."

The dress came without its waist ties, and it wasn't listed that any items were missing in her description box. This dress was a dream of mine, and with the waist ties missing it is not complete. She was very apologetic but in honestly I am still somewhat bitter. I will not buy from this seller again and it made me more cautious with my purchases.

I remained positive or neutral but after seeing everyone else’s negative review I decided to write my own. I have never received my package and waited a month! A MONTH!!! I tried contacting the seller over and over and still haven’t got a response. Never in my life have I dealt with a seller like this!! I tried so hard to be positive and thought, “oh maybe something came up or they’re busy.” But no! After sending the second of third message, that’s when I decided to take legal action. I will never ever buy from this seller again! Either I get my item or a refund. Anyone else buying from this seller, be careful!

NEVER RECEIVED ITEM! I have messaged this seller multiple times, and I have not received a response on the status of the package. I never received a tracking number from them. I've been waiting for this package for a month, and this seller is not international, so there is no reason for it to be taking that long. I tried to get a refund through Paypal, but guess what? The seller thought of that and sent me an invoice FOR A GIFT. Therefore, it is in Paypal's system as a "friends and family" payment, and not one for goods and services. Very sneaky! This seller took my money and ran, and I am LIVID about it. If you are considering buying from this seller, good luck! I'm just glad I didn't get anything super expensive, but it was still money that could have gone toward something else. I will never buy from this seller again!

***DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER***Seller never listed the severe staining and damages. Neck ties were cut off, waist ties were missing, unbelievable. I just found out today that she originally bought the full set with OP, Head bow, and socks. She previously stated the first owner did the damages and never sent waist ties. Well I found the old listing by accident and saw she had lied. The original owner never cut off the neck ties and clearly had the waist ties!! PrincessLuna paid $300 for the set and I paid $265 and shipping for my damaged mess.
She did give me a partial refund and I have since sold the dress so I can not open a dispute for "item not as descibed". I was originally not going to leave any feedback since she gave me $92 back (out of $265 + shipping) but seeing that another buyer also received a damaged dress further proves she must be purposely ripping people off. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM HER. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH HER. RIP OFF/SCAMMER.

Disappointed. Dress was missing buttons and ties, covered in many stains that were not stated in the listing. Seller ignored my messages about it. Be aware if purchasing anything.
