Had a long journey with this item and a happy ending -- there was a mixup and I initially received someone else's dress, but this seller made everything right. In the end it was extremely pleasant to work with this seller, even during the confusion, and I would absolutely trust and buy from again!

Seller is friendly, communicative, and quick both to invoice and to ship. There was a bit of a shipping snafu, but seller handled it with efficiency and grace and the issue was resolved with very little effort on my part as a buyer. Excellent. This seller packaged the dress and accessory carefully in a box, but also sealed in plastic inside, which is great because the box was delivered to the wrong door and left in the rain by USPS, at no fault of the seller. Thank goodness for this seller taking the extra time and care when shipping. The items are in expected good condition, seller shipped in a timely fashion and was very communicative. Would order from again.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The dress came in reasonable shipping time and seller shipped quickly. The package however had a hole in it due to transit adn the dress didn't have extra packaging inside its shipping package. Despite this situation, the dress arrived safely. However, I do recommend the seller to double package or add reinforced packaging for their future shipments.
