Swimmer fabric Cake House bag, new

Really cute fabric cake house bag that I purchased from Swimmer in Tokyo, Japan back in 2008. The velour type fabric is accented with white lace and pink rickrack. The top of the house opens with a zipper at the roof. Inside is cute fabric with pink hearts. This has never been used. If I was keeping this I would probably put a couple stitches at the base of the chimney to tack it down better at the roof peak. This would make it more secure.

The size is about 5 inches in width at the base on the sides with doors. From their to the back it is about 6 inches. Depth or height is about 5 inches from base to roof peak. The handle is about 10 inches. This has never been used.

This has been carefully stored in my non-smoking home. I do have cats but clothing is stored away from them and all items are cleaned with a lint roller before being shipped. This is new with tag and has not been used.

Items will be shipped once payment is received and verified. All items are sent insured so if item becomes damaged or lost during shipping a claim should be filed with the US Postal Service.
