This is a SWIMMER Pass Case from Japan. It is red with black cats, pink sparkly hearts, red ruffles, a red jewel charm and a detachable strap inside. The outside has a pocket with an opening for train passes, id, or other. Inside is lined in black with a red zipper to open it. I purchased it new in 2008 in Japan but I never used it. It even has the original tags attached. The height of the bag is 3.5 inches, width is 4.5 inches, depth is .25 inches. This has been carefully stored in my non-smoking home.

I use both USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail to get the lower price for you and so it is insured and has tracking for no extra cost, which is required.
