I thought about leaving a feedback for a long time (several months).... I really hate to leave negative feedback or be negative within the lolita community in general. But this topic really bothered me because it was actually not the first time this happened within the lolita community (not only to me).
I want to make clear that I respect every seller. Sometimes life is stressful and you maybe don`t check your items properly before selling BUT:
The blouse arrived in a bad condition. The blouse was not white but grey. I personally had the impression that it was in the washing machine with black clothes which colored the blouse grey (or some other reason). The detachable bow was white.
I was very disappointed because it was not the first time that a seller sold a damaged item without mentioning it.
We found a solution and I could send back the item and got my money back. BUT I didn`t get back the amount of money that I had to pay for customs. So I actually lost money for nothing.....
What I try to tell you all: Just be honest. Please be honest within the lolita community. We need to trust each other. -thank you

Seller had great communication and made sure to provide me with a tracking number! I was a little concerned when the dress first arrived because I noticed there were grey/black-ish stains on the white sleeves. They looked like someone had either rubbed mascara on the sleeves or tried to remove the stain of a pen. Luckily the stains are unnoticeable when worn but I would have appreciated a forewarning and compensation for purchasing a dress with wear on it. Otherwise, the dress is in good condition and thankfully had no smells or odors. My last comment is the seller's shipping fee was an unnegotiable $20 but I ship packages at my work and I know it does not cost $20 to send a small parcel with USPS. I even calculated the seller's postage code shipping to mine and a small flat rate box using Priority Shipping is $7.20.............. I recommend that they use the USPS postage calculator to find out the exact cost for shipping rather than overestimating. Other than these couple of things, seller was 10/10 and I am very much enjoying my new dress! :D
