When the item arrived I found some damage to the back lacing that had accidentally be overlooked (understandable that sometimes these things happen with preowned lolita clothes since they are so detailed). I contacted her about it and she responded right away to remedy the situation. I really appreciate the understanding on her side and the kindness, honesty, and willingness to make things right. Other than this, the item arrived in beautiful condition as described, which is amazing given the age of the dress. Thank you so much for being such a nice seller. I would love to buy from her again.
