A great seller! I had initial qualms about the state of the shoes upon receiving them as there was a flaw that was not mentioned, but we were able to sort it out. I was very happy with their quick communication!

Item is just as described but communication and shipping were both unsatisfactory. I purchased/paid on the 12th, I was contacted when the invoice was sent but that was it. I contacted on the 15th to ask for a tracking number and the seller said they would send me the info once they ship on the 16th and that they were adding delivery signature confirmation to the package. The 16th passed without hearing back from the seller and I thought, oh they might be busy, I'll give them until the 20th. The 20th rolls around and still no contact, so I messaged them again asking for tracking info and they said they'd have it to me later that day. Then it's the 21st and I contact them AGAIN because I've had enough at this point and they FINALLY reply with the tracking number, Hallelujah. They said they were moving and had family ship the package out and that they said it would take up to 7 days to ship (keep in mind, we're at almost 10 days since I purchased the dress at this point). I check the tracking number and it had just bee dropped off at a post office a few hours earlier. I was furious because I had been lied to about when the package shipped!!! If they told me it would have been longer than a week before they shipped, I wouldn't have been as mad, I was furious because I was told it would ship on the 16th! Also, the package did NOT have a signature confirmation for delivery! It was just put on my front porch! It was also mailed in a bag which was ripped when I received it, it was a large enough rip that the dress could have slid out. Anyway, BUY BEWARE, Seller doesn't initiate communication and lies about shipping!!!
I would not purchase from Sheepdoll again

The dress is just as pictured and almost just as brand new! It was a very good deal and shipping was just fantastic! Communication with the seller was just wonderful and this was a very good purchase!
