The seller took a long time to ship this to me, because things kept coming up that delayed the shipment. However, she was very polite and prompt in messaging me about these delays, and compensated me by refunding me the shipping cost and sending me a free necklace. However, I'm quite disappointed that the OP didn't include the black bow that's pictured on the collar in the stock photo. The listing description didn't mention missing parts, so I assumed the bow would be included. The seller never responded to my message when I tried to inquire about the missing bow.

Wristcuffs were actually an indie Japanese brand, not BtSSB, but I got my item safe and sound and they came in a cute little pouch. Otherwise, just as described!

Communication during the entire transaction was great, as well as the price and shipping, however the seller accidentally listed the measurements for the size XL when it was really a size L (as listed on the tag inside the dress). However the seller was very honest and prompt and allowed me to return it for a full refund and even refunded the shipping to send it back to her. She is incredibly honest and bent over backwards to make everything right. I would gladly do business with her again and suggest others to do so too.
