The item never arrived.
We received no communication or tracking number from the seller despite the invoice/money request being sent right away. We only received a tracking number AFTER the item was marked as delivered by the postal service, which meant we had no way of expecting the items arrival.
Every seller we have worked with so far provided a tracking number on the day it was sent out, or even before the item was shipped. We always pay the invoice as soon as they are requested to ensure a smooth transaction.
It is disappointing to say that this was the only item that did not arrive out of over a dozen ordered so far, and due to a complete lack of communication.
