Item was listed as "Like New" but arrived in a clearly used condition with multiple damages on both the dress and tights. The seller was not responsive to my messages until I opened a Paypal claim, after which the issue was dealt with promptly and the seller gave me a partial refund. I am glad they were cooperative at the end, I am very disappointed at the seller's integrity, as there are certain flaws that they should have been clearly aware of but failed to disclose.
