Coat arrived safely. Upon inspection there was hair (what looked like both wig and human) and pet hair throughout the coat. I lint rolled it as much as possible, and then brought it to a dryer cleaner to finish. I usually clean my own garments, but this was a bit much and out an additional $24. Leaving neutral feedback since it was salvageable, but I was not comfortable having to deal with what I saw.
