The item is as described and the postage and packaging was very reasonable. However, dispatch time took a while (a week from payment) with no communication of when it was going to be shipped. When prompted she replied to my questions very politely and quickly, but it would have been welcome to have a heads up about the situation without having to ask. Overall it was still a positive transaction despite some issues.
