Seller was very prompt and communicative! I would've liked more careful packing for shipping, the skirt was just put into a tight padded envelope with no bag or tissue paper. But it did arrive quickly in the condition described by the listing. Overall this was a good buying experience :)

Was super understanding throughout the whole transaction. The parcel ended up in China, before it reached the states and appeared to be missing via the tracking.
I opened up a claim for a lost parcel and the buyer was super understanding and patient with me while I sorted out what had happened.
Also kept me up to date when the parcel had randomly turned up so I could cancel the investigation with the postal service.
Thanks so much for being patient and making a stressful situation much more manageable. Super glad the blouse turned up for them in the end!
