Buyer purchased the blouse at BIN without reading my TOS. I have it stated that I do not mark down packages unless the payments are sent to me as gift. She requested multiple times to have the item shipped to her with a marked down price, which I told her I would not do unless she abides to my terms. She also insisted on having it sent with full tracking. After I gave her the shipping quote, she backed out of the sale, saying custom fees and shipping would be too much. Would not recommend doing business with.
