Due to a combination of circumstances on both ends (e.g. shipping situation overseas, unexpected shipping times, my student address changing as the season changes), it is questionable if I will ever actually receive this skirt. The seller was very kind and understanding, and we came to a mutual agreement for a partial refund. I was upset that I likely will not be able to get my package, but the seller did all that they could. After this experience and with more knowledge about postal situations overseas, I would still buy from this seller again.
