The package encountered a handling mishap and was lost by the post office, despite tracking.
The package was uninsured, resulting in a lost package with no monetary refund.
This seller offered the buyer a 50% refund, which the buyer rejected.
The buyer then filed a Paypal claim and received a full refund as a result of the claim.
