The dress was folded & packaged nicely, and it arrived quickly! It arrived with some stains that were not described in the listing, but the seller was apologetic and readily worked with me. We were able to mutually agree upon a partial refund amount. I appreciate that they communicated with me and took my concerns seriously. I think that the seller's willingness to communicate and reach a solution made up for the surprise. Overall, I'm satisfied with this transaction and I would buy from them again. Thanks so much!
