The buyer gave me no indication of where the shipping address was located, so I only found out after I received payment that the package was going to Canada rather than the U.S. I messaged the buyer about my mistake in charging too little for shipping, and asked for clarification that it would be okay to send a new invoice with the higher shipping amount. It took almost a week and required a reminder message before I got an answer, and at that point, the buyer decided to back out of purchasing the dress due to just now realizing it had an open back. Headache and waste of time all around.
