Seller invoiced me immediately, but then zero communication or shipping for over three weeks. No response until I opened a PayPal case. Their TOS says they normally ship within 48 hours or inform buyer if it will be longer. Seller did eventually give me a tracking number, and the skirt arrived carefully packed in the condition described.
A little communication about the time frame, or even just confirming that they received payment, would've made this transaction much more pleasant.
