It seems the buyer was unable to receive these 2 JSKs. She messaged me about 3 weeks after I'd shipped the package to tell me she hadn't received it, and claimed I had sent it to the wrong address. I sent her proof that I'd shipped to the address that was linked to her PayPal account at the time that the invoice was paid, and offered some advice for how to take up this matter with her local post office, but never received a response to my messages. However, I'm thankful that she didn't insist upon being compensated for the items, which is why I'm rating this transaction as neutral."
