Instant payment! Shimaku sent payment within a minute of being invoiced! Even though there was time difference due to it being an international transaction, their replies were always prompt and timely. Due to strict customs, the package was sent back, but Shimaku immediately sent me a PM to let me know and offered to pay for shipping it again a second time. She followed tracking closely both times and even contacted her country's post office to try and get as much information about the customs situation as possible. I wish all international buyers were this involved in following the tracking situation. I'd sell to Shimaku again. It took over a month and a half (Aug 11 to Sept 24) for this transaction but I'm so glad we were able to get the cardigan to her safely in the end :)
