I was very clear that I will only ship to the address in Paypal (per their TOS) and that I can't ship overseas right now due to coronavirus. I reminded the buyer of this twice before she paid and upon paying I saw her shipping address was listed as overseas and she asked me to ship to another address. This was EXACTLY the situation I was trying to avoid because it leaves me liable and without PayPal protection. She also didn't contact me for two and half days after receiving the invoice and then said she lost internet for two days. I'm not saying that's not possible, it just all added to be very suspicious.
