Communication was very slow. After messaging and emailing I had to open a dispute to receive a tracking number. Also packing was very thin and the brown paper bag was ripping when it arrived.
Other than that there were no other issues. The bow was brand new in plastic and there were no damages. Besides the slow communication the seller was friendly.
