Seller initially responded quickly and sent an invoice, shipping included, for the MmM Silent Moon Wall Clock and Rose Cross Lace Wrist Cuffs. Was unable to communicate with them for weeks (I think more than 1 month) after, as they had not read the messages I sent and they afterwards explained that they thought they had dispatched the package. Once they read the messages, they were apologetic and immediately dispatched the items with what I think is a faster shipping option than what I initally was invoiced as the parcel value should have been 110 euro/dollars, but was instead 196. So I had to pay more in customs than I originally thought. I am however grateful for the fast shipping and I'm happy with what I received. The seller was really nice and accommodating when communicated with, so I'm leaving positive feedback despite some of the issues I encountered.

Finally arrived!! The strike plus the frozen mail box, but at least they were safe in my mail box once the strike ended and when it froze. Do not hesitate to buy from!! I will definitely buy from again!! A++++!!
