The buyer paid quickly and the transaction went smoothly. The previous issues we had appeared to be a one-time occurrence due to some financial difficulties. She explained the situation politely and apologized, which I appreciate. I would do business with this buyer again.

The buyer purchased 3 items from me, and I sent a money request for the total amount. The buyer then sent a message saying she couldn't see the request in PayPal and asked me to send it again. I did so, and also asked her to clarify if I had sent it to the correct PayPal address, but never received a response, nor payment. I've sent several messages and waited more than a week since the purchase date, but the buyer has taken no action to help me complete this transaction. So I will have to re-list the items.
