Neutral to Good transaction. Short version: Buyer requested a hold after purchasing item (which is against my TOS), but when I agreed to the hold, paid on-time. Some issues with communication but nothing drastic. I would sell to her again.
Shortly after she bought the item, the buyer messaged me requesting a hold due to an emergency. Before I was able to read the first message, she sent me another message asking stating that she would have to back out completely.
When I contacted her the next morning, she said that she could still go through with it if I allowed her to pay in a few days. I said that was fine. The buyer paid promptly on the agreed-upon date, although there was a bit of confusion over the invoice.
After the item arrived, the buyer left feedback promptly. So, although the beginning of the transaction was a bit rough, all ended well.
