Product: 10/10 - Beautiful, well maintained, superb condition. Exactly as described.
Packaging: 9/10 - Came in a quick manner, the jabot was in a small flat rate box, no plastic bag inside; just as is. (As a recommendation, please use any kind of sealable plastic bag in the future to ensure that the item is protected from weather. Since the box got wet due to heavy rain, the jabot smelled like the box. No damage occurred, and I was able to air it out, so in the end, all is well!)
Communication: 10/10 - Very clear, efficient and professional (They are very prompt and kind, genuinely pleasant to speak to.)
Overall Experience: 10/10 - I would highly recommend this seller, and look forward to doing repeat business with them again!
