The seller was extremely lovely to deal with, and shipped it out super quickly! The item arrived very promptly and was packed super well to ensure that it arrived without any damages. The only thing that was a little off was that there was a bit of discolouration on the bow and headband, but it all came out in a soak. All in all great experience and highly recommended buyer!
