While the transaction was ultimately completed and the item arrived safely, there were a couple of things about it that gave me pause. The seller was not particularly responsive to messages. I was not given a tracking number for the package or notified that the item was shipped. For as much as the shipping cost (a flat rate box was used so the weight was not a factor in cost), the item was placed directly in the box without any wrapping -- if the box were to get rips or holes in it during transit (which it did) or soaked with water the item could have very easily gotten dirty or damaged, and the item I bought is not really something you can wash. Putting the item in a clean plastic bag before placing it in the box would have helped significantly. That said, the headbow did arrive without damage. I might buy from this seller again if I could be assured that the item would be more securely packaged.

I contacted the seller to propose a short-term payment plan. Seller agreed to the terms and ultimately, I was able to pay earlier than proposed. Seller packaged the item nicely and communicated throughout the entire transaction. Dress and headbow exactly as described.
