The seller was very prompt about invoicing and dispatching the item. There was a severe delay in the item actually arriving, but that was in no way the seller's fault, and the seller was also very helpful in immediately raising an inquiry with the post office when I notified her that there might be an issue.
I would definitely buy from this seller again if given the opportunity!
