Seller had great communication and shipped quickly. Set came without necktie but upon being informed of the missing piece, it was shipped out promptly at no cost. Would purchase from again.

It was packaged well and sent out pretty fast. The item that arrived was not quite as described, HOWEVER, when I contacted the seller about it she was quick to apologize and give me a partial refund. I would buy from her again.

Once the seller got in contact (missed the initial message -- apologized and was very kind about it), communications were clear and quick. The packaging was a bit tight and seemed to have had a bit of a tough journey through the post, but the dress was as-described and safe inside.
