Skirt arrived as described. Payment was sent to the seller within 24hrs of the payment request. Received notification that shipping was purchased the next day, but the package was not picked up by USPS until the following week. I received the package 2 weeks after the purchase date. I personally contacted USPS to receive better details on the location of the package, five days after it was shipped. I understand there were delays due to weather or extenuating circumstances. There was no communication from seller from this transaction.
