Tokyo Bopper is the most iconic Harajuku shoe designer, founded in 1994. You often see street fashion icons wearing their platform shoes in magazines like Kera and Fruits/on Instagram. Belly Button is one of their own brands.
These shoes came out many years ago and have been discontinued. They have a leather upper with transparent plastic on the bows. The sole is high but very lightweight so it's easy to walk in.

The bottom sole needs to be repaired or replaced by a good tailor as it is being worn down and will cause damage to the main platform if it wears down much further.
There are some slight overall scuffs to the platform.
