There IS piling on the garment. Unfortunately, I don't have the tools to currently remove it. I will be discounting it based on this.
The bust is at about 34 inches zipped. Unzipped, it is very roomy. It still fits me unzipped actually, and I am plus sized (size 18-20 US).
