I can technically fit this skirt and I LOVE tartans, however the fit is too tight for my comfort, so it's up for offer! It's not meant to be used with a petticoat (especially not with that zipper), but please don't mind I did a couple shots with one anyway...

Waist 32cm flat measure -- My waist comfort measurement is 72cm circumference, so I would only recommend this if you are comfortable with 70cm or less.
