NWOT Liz Lisa Sailor Dress
I got this dress from the 2015 Lucky Pack. I absolutely adore this dress a lot but never got a chance to wear it because it was too big on me. T_T
The material is really soft and the bow is removable(preferably I think it looks cuter with the bow). There is shirring around the waist that stretches quite a lot! (see below for measurements).
