ABOUT SHIPPING: Generally, I ship items within 2 business days of receiving payment. In the cold months (November - February), due to poor weather conditions (snowstorms), I may take up to one week to ship out your item. The estimate for delivery is usually 10 business days for North America and 20 business days elsewhere, but is not guaranteed. I can only ship to the following countries/regions: Canada; United States of America; European Union countries, except Italy; United Kingdom; Australia; New Zealand. I can ship to Asia but it will cost more than the listed shipping cost (please contact me.) Shipping fees to Canada and the United States have tracking covered, but it will cost extra to track packages sent outside of these areas. Total shipping costs can be reduced if you purchase multiple small and light items, such as cutsews, blouses, and small accessories. Recycled packaging such as bubble envelopes will be used. I don’t accept returns unless I have made a mistake in the listing. There are no pets nor smokers in my household.
