From the Tokyo Otaku Mode Milklim lucky pack last year. It's super cute, I just never wear it. The buttons are heart-shaped and the peach and text are embroidered. It's lightweight and free-size, fits like an American small/medium. Never worn out, only tried on. Unfortunately the stitching on the button holes isn't very good (a trend I've found with my Milklim stuff unfortunately) and there are some loose threads on them, but other than that it is a great top.
