Blouse and skirt set. Material is soft and buttery feeling. Blouse has a tie on the front of the neck and a button closure on the backside. There is a zipper that goes all the way to the bottom on the back of the blouse. The arm holes have a soft stretchy elastic as well. The skirt has half shirring but it is a more stiff feeling elastic.
