I bought this about 7 years ago but never got a chance to wear it and soon grow out of this style.
The top of the dress is somewhat see through so you'll need to wear an undergarment or nothing dark. The ribbon around the waist area is detachable.

Bust: 15.5 in or 39.5 cm
