the indie US-based brand Lilia & Lace which makes cute hime gyaru
clothing. Skort is brand new, only tried on once. The quality and
composition is really nice, the fabric is quite thick and very soft. I'm
sad it doesn't suit me and just hoping to find it a good new home!
