Not sure of the reference but reminds me of Alice in Wonderland because if the girl and rabbit.
Bought from the a store in Harajuku.
Size M but when I tried it on felt like a S.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. The unrelaxed (laying flat) is 13 inches across. There is a stretch band on the back that can probably give it a couple more inches with out it being too uncomfortable.
