Cute grey leopard print skirt by Hell Cat Punks. Definitely an older piece. Purchased used, still has lots of life left as a cute miniskirt or as a small petticoat. Bottom made with raw edges. Several layers of fabric! There is a small tear at the seam of the waistband, see photo.
