Lovely silky fabric and printed chiffon. Fabric is black but the chiffon is a darkish brown with a subtle tie dye print. Has a steampunk feel.

Length is long enough to wrap comfortably around your neck once and still have a fashionable length.

Purchased new, worn only twice.
