A really cool skirt with an edgy distressed hem I'm sad to part with because it's too short on me. My loss your gain. Elastic waist. Purchased from wunderwelt secondhand but in excellent condition. The outer layer is a hard tulle, I recommend wearing this with tights to protect your legs. Had to list this as offbrand because Na + H wasn't an option
