Gorgeous embroidery, glitter, cutlery theme, shirred back.
Gorgeous embroidered panel, glitter print, cutlery theme. Lots of amazing details as expected of h.Naoto. Fully shirred back, easy to dress up or down! Unfortunately the elastic in the sleeves has been stretched from being on a hanger. An easy fix if you can sew in some new elastic. No official Lolibrary entry available, but it's similar to the Striped OP linked below (Wayback Machine archive of Hellolace.) Measurements (amateur)
