bought used but only tried on once and still has tag

Asian size S (I would recommend for US size XS-S, there is no stretch)

Flat Measurements:
waist: 33cm 13"
bust: 43 cm 17"
underbust: 37 cm 14.5"
hips: 42 cm 16.5"
cuff: 11 cm 4" (goes around forearm) 

The material is thick and I made flat measurements over the dress so it's best to subtract a couple centimeters or it'll be a tight fit
